Delete your ORide account
You can request permanent account deletion in the ORide app. If you cannot access the app, submit a privacy request through the contact form.
Delete your account in the app
- Open Account or Profile.
- Choose Delete account.
- Review what deletion means and confirm the request.
- Complete any identity or password confirmation shown in the app.
If you cannot access your account
Open the ORide contact page, choose “Privacy request” and ask for account deletion. ORide may need to verify that the account belongs to you before acting.
Records that may be retained
Some trip, payment, tax, safety, fraud-prevention or dispute records may be retained where required by law or a legitimate operational obligation. Retained records are restricted and handled under the privacy policy.
