These terms govern use of the ORide rider application, driver tools, website and related services operated by NEXTRISE LOGISTICS PTY LTD (ABN 91 653 334 840).
ORide provides technology for requesting, coordinating and administering booked transport services. Software functionality does not itself grant regulatory approval. ORide, drivers, operators and vehicles must hold every approval required for the service and jurisdiction in which they operate.
Users must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, use the service lawfully, and treat riders, drivers and support personnel respectfully. Fraud, unsafe conduct, falsified documents, account sharing and misuse of location, messaging, payment or emergency functions are prohibited.
The app will show available service categories and a fare estimate before a booking is confirmed. The final GST-inclusive amount, applicable fees, tolls, discounts, adjustments and payment status are determined by the backend pricing record. Cancellation and no-show charges must be disclosed before they can apply.
Driver access is conditional on ORide review and does not replace regulator, licensing, tax, insurance or accreditation requirements. Drivers must keep their licence, accreditation, ABN and required checks current. Vehicles must keep registration, insurance, inspections and other required approvals current. ORide may restrict ride acceptance when mandatory records expire or safety concerns arise.
ORide safety tools support trip coordination but are not emergency services. In an emergency in Australia, call 000. Location and communications may be used for dispatch, safety, fraud prevention and incident investigation as described in the Privacy Policy.
Users can request support, refunds or adjustments through the in-app or website complaints flow. ORide will assess requests against the trip, payment and pricing snapshot and any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
