How ORide works
From choosing your pickup point to checking the final trip total, ORide keeps the important details in one place.
1. Request your ride
Enter your pickup and destination, then choose from the ride options available for that route and time.
- Confirm the pickup pin and address.
- Review passenger capacity and the fare estimate.
- Choose your payment method before confirming.
2. Meet the right driver
When a driver accepts, the app shows the driver, vehicle and registration details you need to identify the correct ride.
- Check the driver and vehicle details before getting in.
- Use in-app trip updates instead of sharing unnecessary personal information.
3. Follow the trip
Track trip progress in the app and use the trip record to access safety information or contact support.
4. Review your receipt
After the trip, review the itemised total, payment status and available receipt or tax invoice. If something does not look right, contact support from the relevant trip.
